1.  What can you share with us as being the most significant changes you’ve experiences between when you began your career and now?

My most significant growth over the past 11 years has been with self-esteem and communication skills.

The time I spend away from home has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge with others and to enjoy being an advocate for adult learning.  

2.  What do you believe contributes to the teams success the most at the Houston Galleria Campus?

I honestly believe that caring and supporting each other has been a major contribution to our team success.

3. Amongst all of the experiences you’ve had since starting at Champions, which is your favorite story you can share with us?

I have a small couch in front of my desk and sometimes after I register the students they ask me for a Tip Jar? My response is counseling is free all day.

4.  Ok, finally – give me three things – little–known facts, random trivia, etc – that we’d be surprised to learn about you. 

• When I first moved to Houston I didn’t particularly like being away from my hometown, Mission. Now I love working in Houston.
• I played basketball when I was in middle school.
• I took Salsa dance classes.
