A Lesson In Perseverance from Chris, our Houston West Appraiser Champion: “Chris came in to test on his online Appraisal courses. Initially, when Chris came to the Houston West campus to inquire about becoming an appraiser, we discussed that he would need a sponsor for his experience hours. After a few unsuccessful attempts to find a sponsor, he found success! When Chris contacted the Certified General appraiser that will now be his sponsor, he was asked a very simple question: "Why should I sponsor you?" Chris replied by letting the appraiser know that a career in Appraisal was the direction in which he wanted to take his career and shared how serious he was about this commitment.
