Question #1: Teresa, you’ve been with Champions for over 15 years – what can you share with us as being the most significant changes you’ve experiences between when you began your career and now?
I have enjoyed growing with Champions over the past 15 years. The most significant changes I have noticed is the increase in education each year. Coming from a medical field into real estate was a big change but I see why so many people come from other professions to be in real estate. As counselors we meet people from all over the world in every field who want to become a successful real estate agent, Inspector, Appraiser or Loan Originator. Because of our counseling, top notch instructors and assuring them that they can do this, we watch them grow and become top producers. Our counselors and instructors know and understand that knowledge is power. We encourage each student to push beyond their limits to learn and better themselves. Our customers are top priority in our eyes and they see that we are here to help them any way we can. Question 3: Amongst all of the experiences you’ve had since starting at Champions, which is your favorite story you can share with us? To me the best experience is watching students who are ESL not only succeed but become top producers. When they start at Champions they tend to be more timid and nervous about what to expect. They are so greatful for all that you do for them. I love making that connection.
